Normally
a title company can only act as a closing agent
for the buyer. This action includes being a
conduit between the mortgage company and the
buyer, ordering the survey, preparing the paperwork
to be signed by the buyer(s), receiving the
documents from the sellers’ attorney,
recording the necessary documents after closing,
etc. |
