The cost of the house inspection is secondary
to the quality of the inspection. After you
feel confident that the inspector you have chosen
is the best and most qualified person to represent
you, arrange an appointment for them to meet
you at your new home. Depending on the size
of the home, the inspection process generally
takes about 2-4 hours.
Note: House Inspectors are
not licensed.
It is imperative you get a reputable, experienced
inspector for your own protection!
Most "House Inspectors" try to limit
their liability to an amount not to exceed the
fee you paid them for the inspection in the
event they miss a major problem.
